Scott Friesen
Director of Operations
Scott is a seasoned operations leader with more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. A Colorado native and proud southerner by choice, he began his career in the kitchen with aspirations of becoming a chef. That passion for food, hospitality, and operational excellence evolved into a distinguished multi decade journey leading high performing teams across nationally recognized brands.
Throughout his career, Scott has held senior leadership roles—including Director of Operations at Topgolf and Ted’s Montana Grill, as well as Regional Manager and Joint Venture Partner roles with Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Bonefish Grill. Known for developing strong team culture, driving operational efficiency, and elevating guest experiences, he has overseen dozens of restaurants across multiple states, opened new locations, and guided teams to award winning performance. Scott’s leadership has consistently been marked by strategic planning, talent development, financial stewardship, and a commitment to immaculate operations.
Scott is married to his wife, Jacqueline, and they have one son, Spencer, who graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2025 with a degree in Computer Science. Their family also includes Quinn, their loyal English Mastiff. Outside of work, Scott is an avid water enthusiast—whether on the lake or at the ocean, he and his family spend most of their "together-time" on their boat and enjoy taking tropical vacations. A dedicated Denver Broncos fan, Scott carries his love for the team wherever he goes.
